This N scale track cleaning car is made from a modified Atlas three bay ACF 3560 covered hopper. 

The cleaner has two spring loaded cleaning feet set diagonally on the car.

The feet are set slightly inward of rail center to force some rotation of the foot using more of the surface on the foot than just a straight line.
